Front Office Administrator
We’re a small, energetic eyecare practice in Bozeman looking for a thoughtful, compassionate, and detail-oriented person to join our front desk team. If you love helping people, stay calm under pressure, and can read the room as well as you read a schedule—we think you’ll thrive here.
What You’ll Do:
- Welcome patients with warmth and sincerity
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep our office running smoothly
- Verify insurance and explain benefits in a clear, respectful way
- Collect payments, maintain accurate records, and help with follow-up
- Communicate effectively with both patients and teammates
- Occasionally assist with glasses and contact lens purchases
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
- Brings empathy, patience, and professionalism to every interaction
- Communicates clearly—and listens just as well
- Manages details and stays organized, even on busy days
- Is curious, open to feedback, and eager to grow
- Understands how to support others while keeping boundaries in place
- Has eyecare or medical office experience (a plus—not required!)

What You’ll Do
As a Vision Therapist, you’ll work one-on-one with children, teens, and adults to help them overcome binocular vision dysfunctions. Every session is personalized and hands-on. Under the supervision of our doctors, you’ll use engaging techniques—like eye exercises, balance activities, lenses, and prisms—to help patients strengthen their visual and cognitive abilities.
Our treatment goes beyond the eyes. You’ll learn how vision connects to movement, balance, auditory processing, and brain function. It’s a holistic, science-backed approach that truly changes lives—and we’ll train you every step of the way.

A Day in the Life
You’ll:
- Build strong, caring relationships with patients and their families
- Deliver fun, effective therapy based on doctor-recommended plans
- Collaborate with doctors and fellow therapists to track progress and adapt sessions
- Keep clear and confidential patient records
- Stay current with the latest therapy techniques and tools
And sometimes you’ll pitch in around the clinic to keep things running smoothly—because teamwork makes everything better.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone who:
- Loves helping others and brings a warm, friendly energy
- Is great at connecting with kids, teens, and adults
- Is open to learning and excited about personal and professional growth
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Has a high school diploma (Associate’s degree is a plus)
- Is ready to be trained—we don’t expect you to know vision therapy before you walk in the door
Experience working with children, teaching, or coaching is a big plus, but not required. If you’re a great communicator with a heart for service, we’ll train you to become an expert.

Do you enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and being the friendly voice that patients can count on? Our vision therapy office is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to join our team.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome patients and make sure they feel cared for from the moment they walk in or call.
- Keep patient and insurance information accurate and up to date.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for our doctors.
- Answer questions, handle phone calls, and help patients with their needs.
- Collect payments and keep accounts organized.
- Manage patient records and assist with forms, insurance claims, and referrals.
- Support the office with supplies, equipment needs, and light bookkeeping tasks.
- Work closely with our doctors and team to keep the office running smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
- A people-person with strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable with computers and willing to learn new systems.
- High school diploma or GED required; an associate’s degree or experience in eye care is a plus (but not required).
